In recent months we have been surrounded by news related to the coronavirus, the microscopic organism responsible for the hard times we are going through. And one of the recurring topics related to the coronavirus is the measures we should take to prevent contagion. In this context, it seems important to us to address these aspects also in relation to holiday rentals.

The cleaning of our flats is one of the fundamental aspects for ACV on any occasion. All the more so at this time, when the health of our guests is of the utmost importance. We have already established a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol in each of the flat’s rooms, with a disinfection register available to our clients and hydroalcoholic gels in each of the flats. Our disinfectant products are those approved by the Ministry of Health for such purposes.

Reception for our clients will be online. We will take care of all the preliminary work so that the only thing you have to do in our offices is to collect your keys. We have proceeded to limit the capacity in our premises and ensure the security distance. To avoid as much contact as possible we will only accept payment by credit card.

Our bed linen is washed at high temperatures with disinfectant products. They will be delivered to you in sealed bags.

In short, the key is that all necessary measures are taken to avoid contagion and that our guests’ experience is excellent.  We will continue to improve so that your holiday is perfect.
